First Blog on my website, no pressure.

Hello gorgeous, ya, you.

Ok, now that I've got your attention I better have something great to say. This is my very first BLOG on my website. Kinda cool. I've actually been blogging for several years. I even did the blogs for a photography studio that I worked in. It's a super fun way to kind of get to know your audience and for them to get to know you.

I get asked so much what it is that I photograph? For some reason, one of the first questions that people ask me are "are you a wedding photographer?". Not sure why everyone thinks I'm a wedding photographer. The answer to that is no, not now, not ever, never ever a wedding photographer. I've got 3 kids, 2 of which are teenage daughters. Don't you think that's enough stress? Yep!

I photograph pretty much anything but a wedding. I do families, babies, teens, maternity, boudoirs and commercial photography. Boudoir photography is super fun and very challenging and creative. It's also the hardest for me to share. It's what I'm most proud of and yet very few people other than my clients ever see my work. Trust me, It's so beatiful.

My other love is commercial photography. It's super exciting to work with a business and get the best photos of whatever it is that they do. I know that my work is setting the tone for their business. I want to grow their business through my work as much as I want to grow my own business. I give them what I would want for my own business.

I've worked with bands, boutiques, clothing designers, jewelry designers, restaurants, dentists and even a car consigner. Just to name a few. If you're trying to showcase your business and you want the very best, professional photos, you're in great hands. Don't settle for "friends" or your Iphone to represent your business. Get it done right the first time. I work with lots of budgets depending on how much you need.
